Sunny spinach and pecan pesto

1 bunch organic spinach
1 chunk of pecorino
3 cloves of garlic
1 generous handful of pecans
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste.
Blend and enjoy on bread, pasta, protein, etc.
